The calculators we run on client work.

These are the instruments, not summaries of them. You put in your numbers, you get the arithmetic, and the method is written underneath so you can check it against your own dashboard.

Six tools, listed as they actually are.

Food cost, packaging, discount load, commission. Which dishes you sell below cost right now.

Restaurants

Delivery health check, self-scored

The five dimensions we score in a paid audit: visibility, conversion, order economics, operations, content.

Quick commerce

Platform toll

Per-SKU listing fees, fulfilment, dark-store storage, ad minimums. What the shelf costs before you sell one unit.

Quick commerce

Creators

Cost per thousand views

Follower count prices nothing. Median reel views price everything. Compare on the number that pays.

Six reasons, none of which are a pitch deck.

  1. The people you meet do the work

Two founders. There is no senior who pitches and a junior who delivers, because there is no layer to put one in.

  2. Platform mechanics from the inside

One of us ran a zone at Zomato and the restaurant consultants programme inside it. That is not a credential on a slide, it is how the funnel is actually read.

  3. Audit-grade arithmetic

The other half of the team is ex-Deloitte audit. Everything here reconciles to contribution margin, not to engagement rate.

  4. Quarter to quarter, cancel any time

No twelve-month contract, ever. If it is not working at ninety days you should be able to leave, and you can.

  5. Flat fee, never a percentage

We are not paid on your ad spend or your GMV. So when the right call is to spend less, nothing stops us saying it.

  6. The instruments are public

This page. The method is written under every tool so you can check our arithmetic against your own dashboard.

From a free calculator to paid work, in four steps.

  1. Use the tool

Free, un-gated, no email address. If the arithmetic is wrong you will find out before we ever speak.

  2. A read on your numbers

Half an hour, no charge. You bring what the tool showed you, we tell you what we would look at next.

  3. A scoped diagnostic

Paid, fixed fee, written scope, fixed turnaround. You get the findings whether or not you hire us afterwards.

  4. The work, if it is worth doing

Quarter to quarter. Scoped in writing before it starts, and reviewed against the baseline the diagnostic set.

Four practices. The tools are what they run on.

  1. Restaurants

Delivery economics, menu and margin, the platform machine read from the inside.

  2. Quick commerce

Shelf presence, fee reconciliation, and what the channel actually costs to enter.

  3. Creators

A measured roster, priced on views that convert rather than followers that flatter.

  4. Brand

Identity and positioning for businesses with something already worth naming.

Answered before you have to ask.

  1. Why are these free?

Because we have no case studies yet, and a calculator is the only proof we can offer that does not ask you to take our word for anything. You supply the numbers, so there is nothing for us to flatter.

  2. Are you going to email me?

No. Nothing here is gated, which means we do not have your address. That is the whole point of the page.

  3. What do you charge?

We do not publish rates yet. We have not run enough scoped conversations to price honestly in public, and a rate card written from guesswork is a worse promise than none. You get a number on the first call, in writing, against a written scope.

  4. Who actually does the work?

The two founders, with a small cohort we are training. Anything that involves diagnosing your business across a table is done by a founder, and always will be.

  5. Do you work outside Kochi?

Yes. We are from Kochi rather than for Kochi. The work is data and judgment, and neither needs us in the room.

  6. What do you not do?

We do not deploy our own capital into a client business, we do not build your direct-ordering stack, and we do not take work we cannot staff properly. We will say so and point you somewhere better.
